Iberian Fuet
One of our newest additions. This piece goes a step beyond traditional fuets. Thanks to the high quality of the Iberian meat and its natural maturation , the artisans have achieved a very mild and pleasant flavor and texture. Fuet Ibérico is incredibly easy to consume and store (although we're sure it won't last long because it's so delicious).
Made from a free-range, grain-fed pig. Cured in cellars for 45 days.
Salamanca offers a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that leave our facilities inimitable.
