Standard shipments to the entire Peninsula are free from €75 for Spain (Peninsula). We ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. International shipments have a cost depending on the estimated weight of the order.

About the product
Yes, all the products come from the Iberian pig. We do not sell white pig products or other breeds.
For bone -in hams and shoulders , we recommend keeping it hanging from its rope in a dry place and protected from changes in temperature until you start to taste it. Once it begins to cut, the ideal is to keep it on the ham board and cover it with the bacon that we have previously cut.

We recommend keeping packaged products at a temperature between 2º and 10ºC. Once the bag is opened, the ideal will be to keep it in a dry and cool place.

For packaged slices, before opening the bag, we recommend immersing it for a few moments in warm water to separate the slices more easily and once opened, keep it on the plate at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
Unopened, our products have a best-before consumption of one year if the conservation has been adequate. In the case of vacuum-packed products, the preferred consumption is 8 months.
The difference is the breed of the pig, not the quality of it. Different flavors adapted to any palate.
The 50% Iberian product comes from a pig whose mother is 100% Iberian and a father is 100% Duroc breed.
The 100% Iberian product comes from a pig whose two parents are 100% Iberian.
It has to do with food. They are products that come from Iberian pigs fed with cereals and feed. They give the piece a milder flavor than Iberian acorn-fed products.
