This is a 100-gram package cut by one of our master carvers. Thanks to their experience, the master carvers take care of every detail so that the plating and tasting experience are just like that of a plate of freshly cut ham.
A ham with character, a distinctive cherry red color and a shine due to its marbling and rich in fat. With an intense flavor , our 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham is a favorite with the most discerning palates .
This is the ham we serve at the Champagne Bar from the Mandarin Oriental Ritz hotel in Madrid, whose culinary director, Quique Dacosta, holds three Michelin stars.
From a 100% Iberian pig. Raised free-range and fed on acorns. Naturally cured in the cellar for 3 to 4 years .

Ufff.. qué maravilla de jamón. Soy un gran fan del jamón ibérico de bellota, pero este está a otro nivel. Por cierto, lo de cortado a mano es un gran plus. Riquísimo!
