This is Torreón's finest example of haute cuisine and gastronomy . With an exceptional flavor, it is the perfect result of a diet based on acorns , the expertise of our artisans, and years of curing and maturing in our cellars.
This piece comes from the crossbreeding of a 100% Iberian pig raised free-range and fed on acorns, with a natural curing process in the cellar for a minimum of three and a half years.
Salamanca offers a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that leave our facilities inimitable.
