Reservation policies
Reservations made through the "Esencia Ibérica Experience" website will be charged in full through the e-commerce platform at the time of booking. Any additional items, such as drinks, will be refunded after the experience is completed.
The "Iberian Gourmet Experience" and the "Iberian Origin Experience" are reserved online through the website using an online form. A member of the company will contact the person who made the reservation by email or phone to send them a payment link for a €20 deposit per guest, which will be deducted from the total amount of the experience once the experience is complete.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation or modification by the client:
A reservation may be canceled or modified 48 hours before the start time of any of the experiences we offer.
If you communicate within the indicated timeframe, the full amount will be refunded for all the experiences we offer.
In the event of late notification, the company reserves the right not to refund the amount previously paid, whether as a deposit or as payment of the full amount.
In the event of a reservation modification outside the established timeframe due to the non-attendance of one, several, or all guests, the company reserves the right not to refund the amount paid to the person or people who will not be attending any experience.
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the reservation time by emailing visitas@ibericostorreon.com or calling +34 683 439 279.
Cancellation by the company
The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and propose new available dates or refund the full amount within 5 days.
