INGREDIENTS:
- Torreón Iberian sausage
 - Tartlets or other crunchy base (toast or similar)
 - Pickles
 - Chives
 
Special sauce:
- Mayonnaise
 - The zest of a lime peel
 
Elaboration:
As I said, here is a different and novel way to eat Iberian sausage. For the sauce , mix the mayonnaise and the zest of a lime. For the tartar , chop the Iberian sausage into small cubes and add the previously prepared sauce. Chop the gherkins and remove the leaves from the spring onions to decorate at the end. Place the necessary amount of tartar on the tartlet or other super crunchy base. Add the pickles by the way.
