The little sister of the most exclusive ham in Torreón. This piece gets a special aroma and flavor as soon as it is opened. Smaller in size, the Torreón artisans achieve the same characteristics of colour, shine and veining as its older brother, the 100% Iberico Bellota Ham.
From a 100% Iberian pig. Raised in the wild and fed on acorns. With a natural cure in the cellar for 2 and a half years .
Salamanca provides a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that come out of our facilities inimitable.
