Iberian morcón
At first glance, this sausage may be unknown to most, but the original recipe for this piece arose long before our grandparents were born. Torreón artisans have known how to adapt the recipe to take care of both its naturalness and its healthiness. With a flavor similar to Iberian Chorizo , Morcón is obtained from the selection of the most select meats of the Iberian pig mixed with paprika from La Vera and other spices. All this stuffed into a casing of greater caliber that gives it a characteristic bouquet.
Coming from a pig raised in freedom and fed on acorns. With a slow healing process of 4 months.
