Acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder 50% Iberian breed (sliced)
It is a container of 80 grams. With extreme delicacy, the craftsmen achieve a perfect machine cut so that the product remains in optimal conditions for tasting.
Smaller in size than ham, the 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder Shoulder has become one of our most coveted pieces among our consumers. A delicate and unique piece with a sweet flavor and intense aroma, the result of raising the Iberian pig in complete freedom and, of course, its diet based on acorns and grass.
This piece comes from the crossing of a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc father. A pig raised in freedom and always fed on acorns with a natural cure in the cellar for 2 and a half years.
Salamanca provides a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that come out of our facilities inimitable.
