This 80 g pack is carefully machine-sliced by our artisans to achieve the perfect cut and ensure the ham remains in optimal condition for you to enjoy.
This ham represents Torreón at its finest in the world of haute cuisine and gastronomy. Its exceptional flavour is the perfect result of an acorn-based diet, the expertise of our artisans and years of careful curing and ageing in our cellars.
Made from 100% Ibérico pigs, raised free-range and fed on acorns. Each ham is naturally cured in our cellars for at least three and a half years.
Salamanca provides the perfect climate for curing our Ibérico products. Its ideal temperatures and dry air create exceptional conditions, giving each piece that leaves our facilities its unique and unmistakable character.
