IBERIAN HAM MASTERCLASSES
We begin the tour by welcoming guests and teaching them the key aspects, origin, and classification of the most important jewel of Spanish gastronomy.
VISIT OUR WINERY AND DRYING ROOMS
In this part of the tour, you'll learn firsthand about the production, curing, and maturation process of Iberian ham, which takes more than three years.
TASTE THE JEWEL OF GASTRONOMY
Taste our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham and our traditional cured meats. All accompanied by a glass of wine from the Sierra de Salamanca.
