ALL OUR PRODUCTS FOLLOW THIS QUALITY STANDARD
All products labeled as "Iberian" are regulated in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Standard for meat, ham and Iberian shoulder and loin (Royal Decree 4/2914, of January 10) that establishes the characteristics that must gather, as well as their sales name and labeling, in order to improve consumer information and strengthen control systems.
The label must include the sales denomination formed by the description of the product, the animal's diet and its racial percentage. The hams and shoulders will have a seal of a different color for each sales denomination: black, red, green and white.
