 - Tender shoots
 - Grated cheese
 - Butter
 
Special sauce:
- Mayonnaise
 - Red onion
 - Pickled gherkins
 - Lime
 
Elaboration:
It's a quick and easy recipe, a real treat for dinner, for example. First, toast the bread in a pan with butter. Make the sauce with mayonnaise, red onion and a few gherkins, both finely chopped, and mix it together, adding a little grated lime peel. Spread a generous amount of sauce on the bread, place a good amount of pastrami on top, then tender sprouts and lots of cheese. Close the sandwich and enjoy!
