This is a smaller cured meat than our Ibérico loin. When sliced, it reveals a deep reddish colour and exceptional marbling, giving it an intense yet wonderfully balanced flavour. Perfect as a small gift or to bring along to a dinner with friends, this compact cured meat is easy to slice and convenient to store.
Made from free-range, acorn-fed pigs and slowly cured for 4 months.
Salamanca provides the perfect climate for curing our Ibérico products. Its ideal temperatures and dry air create exceptional conditions, giving each piece that leaves our facilities its unique and unmistakable character.
