Iberian black pudding
We define the Iberian black pudding from Torreón as " different ". Although it retains the aroma of traditional fried blood sausage or with rice, from Torreón we have wanted to opt for something healthier, natural and less heavy . The curing in the cellar and the high proportion of meat make this sausage with an intense and juicy flavor one of our favorites for appetizers and snacks.
Coming from a pig raised in freedom and fed on cereals. With a curing process in cellars of 60 days.
Salamanca provides a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that come out of our facilities inimitable.
