Reservation policies

Reservations through the website of the "Essence Ibérica Experience" and the "Sabor Ibérico Experience" will be charged in full through the ecommerce platform at the time of reservation. If you add any extra to the visit such as a drink, it will be paid once the experience is finished.

The "Iberian Gourmet Experience" is reserved through the website with an online form. A person from the company will contact the person who made the reservation by email or phone to send them a link to pay a deposit of €20 per client that will be subtracted from the total amount of the experience once it is finished.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation or modification by the client:

A reservation may be canceled or modified 48 hours before the start time of any of the experiences we offer.

In the case of communication within the indicated period, the entire amount will be returned for all the experiences we offer.

In the case of communication outside the deadline, the company reserves the right not to return the amount previously paid, either as a deposit or as payment of the full amount.

In the case of modification of the reservation outside the established period due to the non-attendance of one, several or all of the clients, the company reserves the right not to return the amount paid corresponding to the person or persons who are not going to attend any experience.

Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the reservation time to the email visita@ibericostorreon.com or to the telephone number +34 683 439 279.

    Cancellation by the company

    The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and propose new available dates or refund the full amount within 5 days.
