The purchase of our products through our website (hereinafter, the “Website” or “IBÉRICOS TORREÓN”) is governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our Customer Service team.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

The website ibericostorreon.com is a domain owned by IBERICOS TORREON, S.L., a company incorporated under Spanish law, with its registered office at Paseo Delicias, 67, 37184 Villares de la Reina (Salamanca), Spain, and Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) B37055183.

2. HOW TO PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE

MINIMUM AGE

You must be of legal age to purchase our products through the Website.

PRICES

Products will be sold at the prices displayed on the Website. The applicable price will be the price shown at the time the customer confirms the order.

All prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased and the country or region to which the order is to be delivered.

PURCHASING PROCESS

First, select the product or products you wish to purchase. By clicking on each product, you can select the desired quantity and add the products to your shopping cart. Once you have added your chosen products to the cart, you can proceed to checkout and enter your personal details.

After entering your personal details, you can provide your shipping and/or billing address and select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Any personal data you provide through the Website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Finally, you will be asked to carefully read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Privacy Policy. Once the payment process has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your order together with the invoice.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Spain (Mainland): Standard Shipping – FREE / Express Shipping – €9.90

  • Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €9.90 (free shipping on orders over €100)

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days to mainland Spain with standard shipping and within 24–48 hours with express shipping. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery takes approximately 4 to 6 business days.

The delivery and recipient details are provided by the recipient under their own responsibility and are not verified by the courier company, except in the event of a serious and imminent risk or an order from the relevant authorities.

Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the recipient. In the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient’s absence, the order will be taken to the nearest courier depot. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left informing them of the attempted delivery and how to arrange a new delivery.

Claims for damage to goods that is not externally visible must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is made at the final stage of the purchasing process, after entering your card details and completing the order.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your order or encounter an error, please email us at tienda@ibericostorreon.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Once you have completed the relevant steps, you will be redirected to the IBÉRICOS TORREÓN Website, where you will see an order confirmation message. At this point, the total amount of your order will be charged to your bank account or card, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the date on which the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at tienda@ibericostorreon.com.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh meat products, sliced products once opened, any other products supplied sealed where the seal has been removed, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or any other products expressly excluded under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will issue the corresponding refund no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all seals and packaging intact.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

I have just placed an order but would like to cancel it. What can I do?

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by email at tienda@ibericostorreon.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order is already being processed or has been dispatched and handed over to the courier company, you will need to follow the returns procedure.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. However, the laws of the country in which you reside may contain provisions that are more favourable to you, in which case you may be entitled to rely on those provisions.

For any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity or performance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, if you are a resident or citizen of the European Union, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform via the following link:
