Meat shipments are only made to the Peninsula and have an additional cost of €5 if the total order does not exceed €75.
*Customs fees are not included in shipments to the Canary Islands.

RETURN POLICY
The product may be returned if it meets any of these conditions:
- The product is intact and has not been consumed
- If the product has manufacturing defects (a photo must be attached) and is not suitable for human consumption.
- The maximum time of 14 calendar days has not passed
Some products are not returnable because they are frozen or require refrigerated shipping. These products include:
- Products that belong to the "Iberian Meat" category
- Sliced products
