RETURN POLICY
The product may be returned if it meets any of these conditions:
- The product is intact and has not been consumed
- If the product has manufacturing defects (it is necessary to attach a photo) and is not suitable for human consumption.
- The maximum time of 14 calendar days has not passed
There are products that are not subject to returns because they are frozen products or require refrigerated transportation. These products are:
- Products that belong to the category of "Iberian Meat"
- Sliced products
