Smaller than a ham, our Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Shoulder Ham is one of the most sought-after products among our customers. A delicate and unique piece with a subtly sweet flavour and intense aroma, developed through the free-range rearing of Ibérico pigs and their natural diet of acorns and pasture.
Made from 100% Ibérico pigs, raised free-range and fed on acorns. Each shoulder ham is naturally cured in our cellars for two and a half years.
Salamanca provides the perfect climate for curing our Ibérico products. Its ideal temperatures and dry air create exceptional conditions, giving each piece that leaves our facilities its unique and unmistakable character.
