With it they shape the piece and mixing it with black pepper and other spices they get an impressive product for tasting slice by slice and versatile for use in the kitchen.
From a free-range pig fed on acorns. With a slow healing process of 4 months.

Aunque sea algo obvio, en la relaidad no es frecuete. me refiero a poder comer un buen salchichon sin encontrarte ternillas, partes duras o incomibles. Este salchichon a parte de tener un saber estpendo, te pomes todo y disfrutarlo al maximo. Felicidades!!!!
