Iberian Fuet
One of our most recent additions. This piece goes one step further than traditional fuets. Thanks to the high quality of the Iberian pork and its natural curing process, the artisans have achieved a very smooth and pleasant flavor and texture. The Iberian Fuet is incredibly easy to consume and store (although we are sure it won't last long because it's so delicious).
Made from a pig raised freely and fed on cereals. Cured in cellars for 45 days.
Salamanca provides a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that leave our facilities inimitable.
