In a truly unique setting, you’ll enjoy a complete sensory experience centred around the Ibérico pig.

You’ll discover the fundamentals of Ibérico ham from a completely new perspective. Make the most of every moment in our curing cellars and enjoy a tasting plate of Ibérico delicacies surrounded by some of our finest hams.

To complete the experience, our chef will prepare an Omakase-style Ibérico tasting menu at our exclusive counter, an intimate space with seating for just nine guests. You’ll also have the option to pair your meal with an excellent selection of wines.

Any visitor to Salamanca wanting to enjoy its churches or universities should take a 12 minute ride by taxi from city center to learn and savor the jamon of Torreón Ibéricos. The tour is led by excellent guide with a thorough introduction to Jamon, its different types and qualities, the curing process, and various products which can be bought on site. Do not miss it!

Una experiencia gourmet fantástica. El menú es de una calidad excepcional y todo estuvo cuidado al detalle. Tanto el chef como la ayudante fueron muy cercanos, amables y atentos en todo momento, haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Además, tuvimos que cambiar la fecha de la reserva varias veces y nos lo pusieron muy fácil, siempre con una gran disposición y sin ningún problema. Un trato excelente de principio a fin. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!
