The smallest member of the family certainly makes an impression. Every piece is meticulously crafted by our artisans with exceptional attention to detail. After ageing for two years in our cellars, it develops its characteristically mild and pleasant flavour. Our Free-Range Grain-Fed 50% Ibérico Shoulder Ham is a highly versatile product, both as an ingredient in the kitchen and hand-carved into thin slices to be enjoyed on its own.
It comes from pigs bred from a 100% Ibérico mother and a 100% Duroc father. The pigs are raised free-range and fed on cereals and animal feed. Each shoulder ham is naturally cured in our cellars for two years.
Salamanca provides the perfect climate for curing our Ibérico products. Its ideal temperatures and dry air create exceptional conditions, giving each piece that leaves our facilities its unique and unmistakable character.
