Torreón's Iberian sirloin is one of our healthiest cuts since the fat proportion is very small (5%). This makes it recommended for almost all diets.
It is ideal for cooking both in the oven and on the griddle or served just seared on the outside. In a few minutes, you can enjoy one of the most select pieces from our collection with a delicate texture and a mild flavor.

Torreón's selected cuts come exclusively from free-range Iberian pigs. This makes their texture and flavor different from white pigs or other breeds.
