Smaller than the ham, the 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder is one of our most sought-after pieces among our consumers. A delicate and unique piece with a sweet flavour and intense aroma, the result of the Iberian pig being raised in total freedom and, of course, its diet based on acorns and pastures.
This piece comes from the cross of a 100% Iberian pig raised in freedom and always fed on acorns with a natural curing in a cellar for 2 and a half years.
Salamanca offers a perfect climate where conditions such as temperature and dry air make the pieces that leave our facilities inimitable.
