It was very interesting to see and hear about the process of making jamon iberico. After an explanation of the history and the different types of ham, we got to see the hams in the process of curing and afterwards also the staff preparing jamon and chorizo. Of course it was wonderful to be able to taste the different products ourselves. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very happen to answer all our questions.

This was an amazing tour! From the video to see the rooms and to know the processing and time and to sample not just the final product but other products made was priceless!
