WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

3Forms of cancellation:

1. If the course is canceled by the organization, the full amount (100%) paid by the participating person is returned.
2. If the participating person communicates the cancellation at least 3 calendar days before the course start date, they will be entitled to a 100% refund of the money paid as payment for the course or reservation.
3. If the participating person communicates their cancellation within 3 calendar days (and before 24 hours) of the start of the course, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the money entered as payment for the course or reservation.
4. If the participating person communicates their cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the course, they will not be entitled to any refund for the amount paid.
