Very finely cut and veined, the Iberian fan is a unique piece ideal for grilling or grilling. Being so fine, it is achieved that it is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside thanks to its veining.
The selected cuts from Torreón come exclusively from free-range Iberian pigs. This makes its texture and flavor different from white pigs or other breeds.
