*Visit to the winery and drying rooms.
*Tasting of our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham and our traditional cured meats. All accompanied by a glass of wine from the Sierra de Salamanca.

Immersive Ham Factory Experience

We enjoyed our visit! Carmen explained the history and process of Iberian pork in a true factory setting. The tasting at the end was delicious!

The tour around the factory was very good indeed! Very informative, our guide speaking in Spanish and English and finishing up with a wonderful tasting of the products.
