*Iberian ham masterclass: origin, classification, and production.
*Winery and drying room tour.
*Tasting of our 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham and our traditional cured meats. All accompanied by a glass of wine from Sierra de Salamanca.
IMPORTANT: transportation to the dehesa and from the dehesa to the factory is not included.
