What is the Iberian Cup?

The COPPA DE BELLOTA IBÉRICA is made with meat from the upper part of the pork loin , which is why it has a very striking marbling , which is achieved thanks to the fact that it is an area with a lot of fat infiltration. That is precisely the reason why it has such a special flavor and texture. It requires a fine cut to correctly taste each slice, gently, perceiving its great juiciness and the power of flavor .

In addition, since it is made from Iberian pork, it is a healthy food, because we are talking about unsaturated fats, with many nutrients, high in oleic acid and, therefore, heart-healthy.

This unique sausage is kept for around 6 months in our drying rooms, under exceptional environmental conditions and where we check its maturation process daily.
