The Torreón 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder is one of our most valued pieces for its intense and balanced flavor, with deep nuances that reflect the quality of the raw material and the rigor of each stage of the production process. Its character comes from the acorn-based diet during the "montanera" (acorn-feeding season), the know-how of our master ham makers, and a natural curing process of 2 and a half years in our cellars.

Coming from 100% Iberian pigs raised in the wild, this piece develops a unique fat marbling that provides creaminess, smoothness and an unmistakable aroma.
