Torreón Iberian free-range grain-fed pork shoulder stands out for its balanced and savory flavor, with a tender texture and pleasant natural juiciness. It comes from Iberian pigs raised in dehesa and open-field environments, where they combine feeding with quality feed and natural resources, achieving meat with great aromatic richness.

This piece develops its character thanks to a minimum natural curing of 2 years in our cellars, where time, the experience of our masters, and the unique climate of Salamanca work in harmony to achieve a complete, elegant, and nuanced piece.
