We're returning from Salón Gourmets 2025 super satisfied and more enthusiastic than ever. From April 7th to 10th, IFEMA witnessed four intense, exciting, and delicious days in which the Ibéricos Torreón stand shone once again . And not just for our products, but for everything we shared with our visitors.
Our stand has been a meeting point where we have welcomed with open arms customers, friends, and lovers of fine Iberian products, both national and international. This year, Gourmets has broken records, and we've seen it in our Torreón corner: more than 1,200 people have come to taste our new products, be surprised by our classics , and, above all, share a pleasant time with our team.

New proposals and acorn-fed ham: the main protagonists
If we had to choose a star among stars, it would undoubtedly be our ACORN-FED HAM. Both the 100% Iberian and 50% Iberian varieties have garnered all the praise. Its flavor, texture, and aroma have won over palates, and once again, it's clear that when the product is worked with respect and a passion for a job well done, the results speak for themselves.
But it hasn't all been tradition: we've also had room for innovation. One of the products that has generated the most excitement has been our Iberian Sobrasada, a delicacy that will soon be available in our online store. And we haven't forgotten our Iberian Pastrami , which, after its debut last year, has consolidated its market presence this year as one of our most distinctive offerings.

A dedicated team, an unforgettable event
None of this would have been possible without the effort and dedication of our team . From the first minute to the last, we all worked hard to make every person who passed by our stand feel at home. We want to highlight José Luis Hernández, our master carver, for his artistry with the knife; and Javier Fuentes, our passionate chef , who has elevated every Torreón Iberian product with creativity and care.
And of course, a special mention must go to the entire Sales and Management team , who have made this edition, without a doubt, one of the most special we can remember.
In addition, for another year we've shared our space with the artisan bakers of Obando , whose delicious variety of products offers a perfect accompaniment to our Iberian products. This year they're also celebrating their 60th anniversary, so CONGRATULATIONS OBANDO!!
