Today we are delighted to share with you a summary of Ibéricos Torreón's outstanding participation in the StartUp Olé 2023 event, an international showcase for innovative companies and entrepreneurs. And yes, Ibéricos Torreón was there.
Our company is proud to have been part of this exciting business meeting that took place in Salamanca.
On the first day we offered an elegant cocktail at the Palacio de Congresos, which was attended by the most notable guests of the event and where we had the honor of having the presence of chef Javier Fuentes del Río, an undoubted expert in gastronomy, who was in charge of presenting the essence of Torreón Ibérico Experience, creating delicious Iberian bites live that guests were able to taste immediately.
We had a clear objective: to bring the richness of Spanish and Iberian gastronomy to a highly diverse national and international audience. And judging by the congratulations we received, it seems we succeeded.
We couldn't miss the welcome party that was held on Tuesday the 5th, in which the skill of our magnificent ham cutter , José Luis Hernández, was showcased to the fullest. We take the opportunity to present our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham , a star product in our store.
In addition, our General Director, María Jesús García, participated in a round table on how companies with more than 40 years of experience can remain linked to innovation. He shared ideas and experiences with other professionals from various industries in Castilla y León.
