The Ibérica Cup and the 'Ready to Serve' format, news from Torreón at SIRHA 2023

We could not miss SIRHA 2023, the world reference event in gastronomy, restaurants and hospitality that is held every two years in Lyon (France). We have been attending for years, because we are clear that coming into direct contact with professionals at international meetings in our sector is a crucial part of our work; it not only helps us to improve our brand image but also to discover and inspire us to continue evolving in the proposals we make to consumers and lovers of good gastronomy.

So we have been there, represented by Laura and Héctor , who are in charge of the Export department; Carlos , from Business Development, and, of course, Txeli , our master cutter .

At the Torreón stand, we have received numerous friends, clients, and collaborators from all over the world, especially from France , but also from other European and even Asian countries during the five days of the fair. And they have been very interested in two of the novelties that we have presented this year: The new Plate of Acorn-fed Ham Cut with a Knife 'READY TO SERVE' and the exquisite Acorn-fed Iberian Cup.

READY TO SERVE' is a format specially designed for restaurants and hotels. Despite the fact that we have been testing it among our clients for some months now, at SIRHA we have been able to verify that it really is a type of packaging that convincesprofessionals and makes their work easier when it comes to offering their clients a quality Iberian dish and in excellent condition.

As for the Coppa Ibérica, it has been a delicious surprise for the visitors. We were sure that your presentation was going to be a success. Undoubtedly, it is a product that catches the eye due to its striking veining, but, in addition, its juiciness and power of flavor are definitely conquering.

There is no doubt that it has been a very productive fair, we have not stopped!
